The interview was simple and took about 30 minutes. I had the privilege of doing in on a zoom call. You will be interviewed by three Senior Level Managers. This company is big on Safety. So be prepared to do a 3 minute speech about Safety,

7 to 8 bar format questions , with one open ended question. Two people from corporate wrote down my responses. The interview lasts about 25 minutes. Overall it was a good experience.

Applied online which was simple and straight forward. Then was notified of a phone interview. Interveiw lasted about 30 min all in the BAR format. got back to me within the week and offered the job

You respond by “showing” the hiring manager how you’d handle a situation using examples with a clear beginning, middle, and end for the scenario you present.
