The interview is all situational based. A lot of how you reacted to situations and handled problems in past experiences. Not a lot of tell me about yourself kinda questions.

There are two people in this phone interview, which is HR and the other I believe is the head of payroll department. They are nice , the questions they asked are not hard to answer
