applied online through university portal, met with recruiters on campus, then proceed to have a phone call interview that was behavioral based and discussed role with managers. The managers were more than willing to help with any concerns I had and made their intentions known about what they were looking for in a candidate. Had never done a phone interview but they were understanding and made the experience great. HR was courteous and willing to help.

Applied online and received an email a few months later to set up a phone or on-site interview. The interview took about an hour and was behavioral questions. Received an offer one week later!
