Interview with two panelists. One HR and one technical. Numerous questions asked, almost took 25 minutes to complete the interview.
There were a lot of competition for the job. This is 40 words`
It was strict starting with document verification and it lasted around thirty to forty minutes. It went on through your knowledge from the field you are from then to basics of finance and banking, current affairs and situational questions and a through talk about yourself.

Entretien
The interview went well with more focus on subjective questions rather than objective. Soft skills assumed greater importance as the role includes serviceencounter with the customer. I was made to feel at ease and there was no pressure whatsoever.
