The interview was a 6 hour process of 2 tests, tours, and speaking to many employees. After some time, I was informed that I did not get the position without an explanation. A colleague of mine asked at a job fair, and they told her that someone making it that far in the interview process should reapply since there was likely a communication issue. When speaking with this person directly, I was given a different story and that they will hold onto my resume. I was disappointed and ultimately confused with no clarification on the issue.
Smooth and organized. They were very friendly. I felt welcomed and knew they had also had my interests at heart. Overall a great experience. I have a lot of respect for the company.

Entretien
All the rounds were virtual. It will be telephonic or via zoom. They mainly focus on the skills what they require and what we mentioned in the resume. Interview difficulty is bit normal. But the recruiters mainly look about our confidence.
Over the phone and technical, the phone interview was very experiential and behavioral. The interviewer was polite and respected my time, the technical interview was nothing I didn’t expect from a software development interview
