I was given a logic based quiz and then contacted to have an hour long video interview about the position and my qualifications after that I was told they won’t be moving forward

When was a time that you made a mistake and how did you fix it?
Smooth and organized. They were very friendly. I felt welcomed and knew they had also had my interests at heart. Overall a great experience. I have a lot of respect for the company.

Entretien
All the rounds were virtual. It will be telephonic or via zoom. They mainly focus on the skills what they require and what we mentioned in the resume. Interview difficulty is bit normal. But the recruiters mainly look about our confidence.
Over the phone and technical, the phone interview was very experiential and behavioral. The interviewer was polite and respected my time, the technical interview was nothing I didn’t expect from a software development interview
