First off, the recruiter was amazing and very communicative throughout the process and the hiring team I interviewed with were also super smart and great people.
What let's them down is the interview process. I had my first interview with the recruiter in September and then was promptly invited to speak with the hiring manager. After that I was invited to speak with 3 team members and in my opinion all those interviews went pretty well and I had a ton of relevant experience. All this happened in a span of two weeks. After that I kept getting stalled week after week for six weeks straight until I heard that they proceeded with another candidate.
I'm not concerned with the rejection but more so with the whole stalling for 6 weeks. The process itself was one of the worst I've experienced and if you're interviewing here, know that it's going to take a long long time to get a final decision.
