The interview was informal, brief and unorganized. There was a mix of people asking random questions to try and appear being full of knowledge regarding business goals. There were no policies or procedures discussed nor any formal paperwork that was to be reviewed and/or signed. The company gave a brief description of the job position leaving many loopholes and unexplained expectations.
