The interview process felt unnecessarily long and uncoordinated, taking two months with several rounds and tests. It mirrored many of the concerns mentioned in other reviews. I ultimately joined a top 3 firm instead.

I had an initial interview with HR, then had interviews with 4 members of the BD team. I also had to take 3 online quizzes that took approximately 90 minutes to complete. The interviews seemed to go well and I was told that I did well on the online quizzes, but then I was ghosted.
