Applied online and heard back after a few days - Went through an initial 30 minute screening with a Recruiter, 45 minute screening with the HM, then another couple of interviews with other members of the team. All interviews were on-time, asked thoughtful questions, challenging but not intimidating, and consistently left time for me to ask my own questions. They focus a lot on company culture & a sense of belonging, and tailor many of their questions around this. They moved the process along fairly quickly (3 weeks from initial interview to offer), and made an offer at the top of their range.
