The first round interview with their internal recruiter was great. We had a great conversation and I thought I had stumbled onto a good opportunity. Fast forward to my next interview with who would’ve been my direct report, he seemed to be working in the background as he asked the same question 3 different times. If I’m not getting the time of day in the interview, that wouldn't have changed if I were hired there. I ultimately withdrew my application right after this interview as I’ve been around the block and can tell when an opportunity isn’t a good one.
