Applied and was contacted with an emailed questionnaire. These were typical questions that would be asked during an actual interview. It was a little off putting as at no point was I able to inquire about some very basic aspects of the position and organization. Fibertec does not seem to value candidates' time. I interviewed virtually since I lived 100 miles away from the location I work at, the group leader and the laboratory manager were both friendly and I felt comfortable talking with them about myself and my goals when looking for a job and looking to the future.
