In depth but well thought out and gave confidence in the company I was seeking to join. First stage interview with two people. Second stage with a panel of four to deliver a presentation and answer questions. Then an opportunity to speak to two current employees and discuss their experience working for the company. A long process but very worthwhile in particular meeting with prospective peers to discuss the employment experience.

Preliminary interview over Teams with HR Manager and Engineering Manager. Second interview- 15 minute presentation on a project I'd worked on, to a panel with Q&A. Interview with the Technical Director and an informal "chat" with a similar grade engineer/scientist.
