Poor overall experience. The recruitment team is not even courteous enough to let you know the status of the candidature. I was called for a f2f round and was told it was urgent. I had planned and taken out time for the round. Upon many follow ups - the recruitment team at Gurgaon neither picks up your call nor informa you on the status of the candidature. I think you guys should respect the time a candidate is putting in and is hoping to at least get informed about the decision.

It was 3 round process with involvement of head of operations as well as the hiring manager. The line manager as well as head of HR was involved in the process
