Met with a recruiter on university career fair and took a short coding test in C. Questions are fairly simple like finding sum of integers in a string and figuring out bugs in code. Then got a phone interview where the recruiter asked about past projects and experiences or anything you've put on your resume. The interview basically evaluates your qualification for the different roles at Fidessa. No coding but some basic data structures questions are being asked. Couple days later, got an invitation link to complete a technical test on hacker rank. 1 hour to complete the test.

Question 1
what are the advantages and disadvantages of hash tables?
Three interviews: first 2 are online and technicals, and the 3rd is job description and more casual.
Tech tests are not that bad. The first one was 2 hours long (two questions), and the second one was an hour long.

Found the company at a job fair through my college, at the job fair they asked me to complete a short 15 minute test with two simple programming questions. After that I got an email from HR telling me to complete an hour long test on hacker rank, which again was several simple programming questions. Finally, they invited me in for an onsite interview. The interview was suppose to be an hour and a half with several employees including a Skype meeting with people from their New York offices, however, after a half hour of pretty standard resume questions with two employees they told me the interview was over. I ended up not getting an offer. It seemed like they were never really interested in hiring me and the whole process was kind of a waste of time.
