Had a 30 minutes video interview and was promised to get a feedback in two weeks but never heard from them again. Doesn’t matter if it went well or not, the minimum that they can do is to give an official “No” and not disappear without saying a word. Unprofessional.

The application process was straightforward. Interviewed via MS Teams. Typical questions. Friendly panellists. Promised to give me a decision within a fortnight. That was in October. Haven’t heard anything from them despite asking them for updates. Unprofessional coming from an international organisation but they’re famous for their transparency... It is not nice being ghosted. It’s not a dating app but a job interview.
