couple of phone conversations and then 1 in person interview. the recruiter reached out to me by phone after i submitted an application. i heard of the position from a former employee. after speaking with the recruiter several times on the phone i then had a one on one interview with one of their regional managers.
If I recall correctly there was a screening call & just one interview. The interview was in a branch, and it was real casual. Really just making sure you have the people skills needed in a customer facing role like this.

Three step process, First a phone call that went over the basic resume asking if you have an experience in client and customer service. Second interview was with a manager in person at a branch and went into detail about the job and the expectations and what if scenarios. Final round is with the regional manager online.
