The interview process was pretty straight forward. You meet with the Branch Manager of the location you are looking to work at. It's a mix of behavioral and conversational. Overall a good experience.

Banker licensing was a pretty big part of the interview process, so be prepared to discuss that.
If I recall correctly there was a screening call & just one interview. The interview was in a branch, and it was real casual. Really just making sure you have the people skills needed in a customer facing role like this.

Three step process, First a phone call that went over the basic resume asking if you have an experience in client and customer service. Second interview was with a manager in person at a branch and went into detail about the job and the expectations and what if scenarios. Final round is with the regional manager online.
