Entretien
I applied online after being referred by a current employee. I received an email from the recruiter to follow the link and complete my tasks online, careers website. Then I got an email with a flyer invitation from same recruiter to attend open interviews from 3 to 6pm. I arrived at ten til and was the first person there. I had about a 30 minute interview with a branch manager. I then received and email 3 days later saying I will be contacted for next steps phone interview. We will see how it goes!

Talk about a time in your professional or personal life that you had to take a stand for something?
If I recall correctly there was a screening call & just one interview. The interview was in a branch, and it was real casual. Really just making sure you have the people skills needed in a customer facing role like this.

Phone interview was okay and they ask about my customer services experience and how i can reach the target if i can work on Saturday they asked me and example how i reach out to people

Entretien
Three step process, First a phone call that went over the basic resume asking if you have an experience in client and customer service. Second interview was with a manager in person at a branch and went into detail about the job and the expectations and what if scenarios. Final round is with the regional manager online.
