15 Minute question based interview process. The person who interviewed me was super nice and thoughtful for her responses. Not too many questions but seemed very happy to laugh at the end as well.

overall the interview process was simple, however they did take a few weeks to inform me that I got the job.

Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer. How did you handle the situation, and what was the outcome?
Very friendly. Met with both branch and regional manager. Questions were what you expect. They both made you feel very welcome. Atmosphere was what you would expect for a bank.

Pretty standard process. Mainly behavorial/situational questions. Interviewer seemed kind of new to the interviewing process. He read the questions from a printout and wrote my responses in boxes on the paper.
