PROS: Easy questions and quick follow-up. CONS: A lot more than pros. Condescending recruiters who can't provide information about position. Literally told me "I honestly don't know much about this role." Hello??? Last-minute, final round interview was with someone who had just joined the company a day before. HELLO??? This person was unable to provide any information about the role or company, and just spent the entire interview picking at my brain just to seem like they were an expert. Also wasted so much time during what was supposed to be Q & A for the interviewee talking about their previous company. So unprofessional.
