Recruiter found me through LinkedIn. Started with a phone screen, then a 1hr online technical screening, and finally a 3hr remote on-site.
The req changed to a senior position after the technical screening. The very last interview dug deep into my current work and how I worked relative to my peers to get a sense if I was 'senior' enough.

Implementing services using OOP and SQL, pretty specific to Spring, and an algo question
The interview process took around 3 weeks. It consisted of a phone screen to go over my previous experience, followed by a technical round with an engineer, and 3 behavioral interview rounds.
