Aalthough it was a more toward technical analysis, valuation of the stock and company valuation . they also grilled me on the case study for a LBO and Mergers and Acquisitons. Not lengthy though it took 1.5 hrs to complete the Interview process but may stretch it 2-2.5 hrs on a weekday. Panel was very good and cooperative though.

Financial Model Test followed by 2 to 3 round of technical interviews. Each round is technical only and asks financial projections or scenario related questions. Final round will be in person at the office premise
