The obstacle course of interview processes. There were several steps. I made it through to step 7, the panel interview, before being eliminated by one nay sayer ~ six approved, one nay... and just like that, it was over.

Entretien
Five-step interview process is incredibly arduous for no apparent reason. Includes a competency interview which is somewhat perplexing as the CFP exam is a competency exam. Feels like they are either missing out on talent which they can't be bothered to train up, or they use the interview process for another agenda.
