Hi Folks, Generally i avoid writing reviews due to my laziness but fincare deserves one, I got a interview call though one of my friend's referral, I interviewed for Product manager profile, regular basic stuff was asked, past project and what was your approach. Than one assignment was handed over, I was ask to make this in figma only(assignment's focus was not idea or assignment or its implementation, but figma) bit strange . I went ahead and submitted the assignment in 2 days, after submitting the assignment these people did reply with in 1 day itself, saying the assignment lacked presentation skill, I asked for detailed feedback but it was told, fincare doesn't provide detailed feedback. Like any other job seeker I moved on. 3 days later I met my friend, to my surprise same figma file (assignment) was passed to him and it was used in internal project as wireframe :). Final output, the interviewer was given some task and in place of doing himself, he conducted the interview and used interviewee to do his project work! I know job seekers would still apply , this review is just to remove the surprise element out of it.
