The most pathetic interview experience so far. The panel was not professional, had lot of excuse that why he joined late even after rescheduling interview 2 times, God help them under such leadership. It was a phone screening round, wherein the interviewer wanted to know more about my experience and he was just taking about his experience(show off). Now it was my turn; barely 2 mins into the introduction he cuts me off and starts asking interview questions without even understanding a candidates background. Such a waste of time, the JD was focused on Spark, AWS and not streaming technology; the panel continuously asked questions on streaming. I guess, this is the first interview I've faced in which interviewer came with mindset of rejection and not selection. Word of advice, don't waste your time giving interviews here. You've better companies and interview panel who is professional and has patients to listen to the candidate.
