15 minutes phone call code test (it takes 4-8 hours) In person interview I failed this interview at the code test. I have 15 years experience and I generally fail a code test every 20 (I passed code tests from any kind of companies, from Amazon to small startup). I don't mind failing a code test and I think is a great opportunity to learn, but this company gives you 0 feedback. I don't know why I failed it, I don't know if I actually failed or they just find someone else in the mean time, I don't know what they expected. This is the worse situation for a candidate, especially after spending a lot of hours on a code test, and I find it quite unprofessional.
