Interview process is like timepass and Leisure time Activity for their lady QAs after Lunch..
2 ladies will join in google meet and ask technical question regarding QA processes for 1 hour.
Later declining with silly reasons that our process exposure is not upto the mark as compared to their senior employees...then why they are wasting our time for 1 hour...they can conclude the meeting at first itself.
Loss of time and energy...Never ever again..

The interview process was thorough yet very welcoming. It began with a phone screening where we discussed my background and skills, followed by a virtual interview with the hiring manager. Each stage felt more like a conversation than a test, allowing me to understand the company culture and expectations. In the final round, I met with team members who shared insights into their roles and how we would collaborate. The interviewers were engaged and open, making it clear they valued both my technical skills and personality fit. Overall, the process was well-organized, transparent, and left me excited about the opportunity.
