Firemon's internal recruiter contacted me about a sales position with the company. At the end of the first screening call she indicated she will recommend my candidacy for the next step. I sent her a thank you email immediately after the call. Over the next few weeks crickets. I sent two emails on the status of my candidacy - more crickets. What I don't like about this company is being ghosted. We both invested in a 30 min interview. It's OK to change your mind & not advance my candidacy - it's not OK to ghost candidates & then whine like a child that there are no good candidates. Not sure why any serious candidate would waste time on them ?
