Phone then panel. Panel had presentation then questionnaire and tour. Make sure to highlight practical project in your interview with engineering fundamentals. Questions were mostly about the presentation. Also be sure to ask questions during the tour and show interest.

Typical screening with HR then hiring manager. After that is followed by a panel interview for technical and personal fit. Very professional and straight forward hiring process. A mix of technical questions and describing your experience.

3 Round interview, consisting of and HR screening with behavioral questions, and a group panel of engineers with various technical questions about controls, dynamical systems modelling, aerodynamics, rocket equation, etc.
