I was phoned by HR to schedule an interview. I was interviewed by the teller supervisor and a branch manager. They offered me the job at the end of the interview and we discussed pay. I had to go for a drug test and get a background check that took about a week or so.

I first met with the branch manager for an interview, who liked me enough to pass me on to the immediate supervisor who interviewed me a few days later. A week went by and I got a call from the HR department who then offered me the position. The interviews were short and pretty basic. We mostly talked about what was on my resume and about the position.
