3 part interview with the current CEO. They are mostly making sure that you fit perfectly, because if one person doesn't like you it ruins the workplace and the team communications. People sabotage each other instead of collaboration. They just want to make sure that stops happening so they really push culture rather than anything else. They want to make sure that you WANT to come into work each day.

First they establish your abilities and then try to get a feel for if you are going to fit 100% into the culture.
