Initial Phone interview followed by a Skype interview. Make sure you've done your research on the company and job role. They really grill you if you don't know what you're getting into

Entretien
I applied online and not long after received an email prompting me to call and book a telephone interview. This was then followed by an invitation to face-to-face interview which consisted of two face-to-face interviews, a group exercise (planning and presenting a presentation about the company in the presence of two employees) and a logic test which involved lots of maths questions (was very difficult in my opinion).

Entretien
I completed the initial application form, including the attachment of my CV. From this, I got invited to participate in a telephone interview performed by a member of the HR department. It seemed that they must perform these interviews multiple times a day with a set of standardized questions. Here they do not respond that what you have said other than pleasantries and simply type in the background. Therefore, it may be almost better to have a script written out to the questions below.
