Entretien
After applying by sending in an application on their website they asked me to come to their office to meet me in person. They were interested in my look and wanted to take polaroids and my measurements. They asked me a few questions and offered me a contract which I took away to read through. After negotiated some adjustments to some of the clauses I was "signed" and on their books.
