Expect to be interviewed by at least 3/4 people through the process. Typical questions will be asked "name some successes" and "what are your biggest weaknesses" are biggies. This company wants you to seem over qualified. If you have any higher education (college) don't leave it out! They want overachievers as well. They want people who are obsessed with their job and not their personal lives!
