Thorough, multi-step interview process. First step was 10 min phone screen, basic questions "Tell me about yourself." "Why are you interested in working for First Place". Second step: very short online Predictive Index quiz. Third step: 1 hour in-person interview with two Grant Managers in Oakland. Fourth step: project was assigned to me. They asked me to do research on 2 possible foundation leads, edit an email to a prospective founder. This assignment took ~2 hours. Fifth and final step: ~40minute interview with the Development Vice President. After not hearing back for over a week, I reached out to HR and was informed that they had gone with another candidate.
