Unstructured, and the hiring team seemed to use the interview process to uncover working relationships or other issues between departments (kind of like interview snitching). There are other reviews saying similar; you will go weeks, a month, or never hear back from them (ghosting). They seem to be looking for a certain demo so be careful not to waste your time... You will know by the demo makeup of the team what they are looking for.
