Submitted application. Was called to their HR office for an interview. Was easy to find and plenty of parking. HR person was extrememly nice and informative. Asked questions about experience, availability, what hours days I could work. Didn't ask any questions about sales or when did you give customer service that was above & beyond expectations.
Was called couple days later and offered job. Started in 2 weeks. Had a week of training. Was boring since I had been a teller before. Would of liked more time on computer learning system.

I applied online. Was called in for an interview. Met with HR and two tellers. All were very nice. They thoroughly explained the position, hours and benefits. The interview lasted about a half hour. There was no assessment test. I believe that is done when you get hired.
