Phone interview, pretty easy. Then face to face interview. If successful on the day you get invited to an assessment day. 6-10 of you in a room paper tests. Eg maths, 2 people get on they want two tickets at 1.50 each they pay with a £20 note. Howmuch change would you give? Pretty straight forward stuff.
