The job selection process starts with a psychometric test for numerical skills. Then there is a phone call to know about your motivation with some mix of competency questions. The second interview is in-person and is more structured compared to the first one. Although it was supposed to be a competency-based interview, much of the questions were hypothetical to help the interviewers understand your thought process and problem-solving skills.
The HR, however, is not too helpful responding to questions regarding the application process.
