My interview with FirstService Residential went fairly well. The HR team was great and my interview was pleasant. I was asked a variety of questions which were both insightful and interesting all the same. My two interviewers were great people, and by the end of my interview we were having casual conversations. I was made to feel comfortable throughout the entire interview process, and i was made welcome not only by the interviewing party, but as a company as a whole.

The interview process consisted of three rounds: two virtual interviews and one in person. The final virtual interview included six participants and was scheduled for 30 minutes but ended up lasting over an hour. Overall, the process felt quite extensive for the level of the role.
