The first interview was a phone interview and series of standard questions was asked. The interviewer, Madison, was thorough, professional, friendly, straightforward, and transparent. The 2nd interview was with a panel. The panel also asked standardized questions and exhibited similar behavior. I would say that everyone was serious but personable, professional, and reasonable.
