Asked basic questions, was offered the job (now knowing it was due to the high rated turn over) they would hire anyone with basic knowledge of shipping. Watched a few training videos, signed all new hire paperwork and started the next day.

HR called me and talked to me a few times then i went in to interview in person. I waited out in the lobby a long time and the did not have time time meet engineering manager. went back another day and met the mgr and got a tour
