I had a great experience with the recruiting agency they work with. However, the interviews inside the company were quite unprofessional. To be honest, it was really difficult to understand what they actually wanted during the final interview. The initial interview with the designer and product manager was very good and productive, and the interviewers were really nice. Unfortunately, the technical interview felt like a waste of time. The interviewers struggled to ask clear questions. It seemed like they started with one question, then quickly switched to another, possibly after looking something up. The Q&A session was also far from ideal. They had difficulty answering my questions about their current technical setup.
