Interviewed by district manager who didn't seem impressed. Had to drive 45 miles to a store because the one in my city was not open yet. We sat in a small office. He mostly spoke of the company and the requirements. He stressed how the company isn't like any other.

I applied online and got a call back within a week for an in person interview. I then got moved to a phone interview with the dm within the same week. And got a call back from the gm afterwards, saying that I got the job.

Entretien
I first interviewed with another manager, one who would not be at my store. It went very well; we talked for over an hour. We both felt very optimistic. I then had a phone interview with the DM, which also went well. I also interviewed with the incoming manager. I am waiting for a final call this week.
