The manager was very friendly and outgoing. He mainly asked about my experience and what I was looking for in Five Guys. He was not intimidating or anything like that. The one thing I do know that they look for is happy people, so if you don't smile, you don't get the job.

Ask about who you are and what you like always looking staff who can be available all the time, asks why do you want to work there and about availability

Trial shift for 2 hours. Shown around various parts of resturant. Shown how to clean the resturant and how to make the food, focusing on preparing and dressing the burgers.
Interviewer asked me basic questions about myself. She then talked about her experience working in the industry. The interview lasted about 15 minutes and was easy. Basically a get to know you type of interview.
