First of all, very unprofessional and rude. It was a phone call where the lady asked quick math questions (to test your math acumen). She counts down from 15, and you need to respond by then. Middle of the interview you can hear her laughing and talking to other coworkers. I don't recommend anyone to apply/work for this company....

Had an initial phone interview after submitting resume online with some simple brain teasers and "behavioral" questions gauging interest in the job and in the field (i.e. what my interest is in trading, whether I am applying to other positions, etc.)
