My friend recommended Flair events. I simply signed up online; putting my personal details and work experience. I then had to choose a time slot for a phone interview which was between 15-30 mins. The phone interview wasn't very hard, my interviewer was very friendly and enthusiastic which made the experience a little more enjoyable.
Knew about the agency so went to the website and applied then booked telephone where they asked questions based on my profile and the experience I had listed

Entretien
It was basically a phone call to chat about your experiences and it was not very difficult at all, then they accepted you to work for them. It was very casual and there was no pressure. You just had to show your personality, because the roles are so varied you just have to be a people person with a can-do attitude.
