The technical interview was fair, and afterward, HR contacted me for an HR interview. During the HR interview, I was informed that I had passed the technical test. However, after the interview, I did not receive any further communication. I followed up with the HR representative, but she did not respond. It would be more professional and considerate to send a rejection email to candidates who are not selected, especially after they have invested time in multiple interview rounds.
