J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Flanders Make (Louvain) en sept. 2022
Entretien
The entire process was composed of three levels that took appx 5 weeks. The first interview was online assessing personality, experience and enthusiasm. Overall they tried to understand whether I was a good fit for the company and relevant position. Having been approved, I was invited to the second interview (in-person) for which they sent me a technical "real-life" challenge a couple of days ago. I presented my proposed solution for around 15 min, which was followed by Q&A and in-depth discussion. It was kind of a conversation pushing you to critically think about challenges and your solutions in a constructive manner. After the challenge discussion, the interview continued with some technical questions relevant to my perspective and future career. The last interview was the contract proposal to discuss the details of salary, benefits and conditions.

First online meeting, then in-person meeting. If they accept you then you get a proposal. For the second round, you get a problem to be solved. They check your critical thinking.
They were very condescending and arrogant.
